Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Review job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview panels, and participate in candidate interviews
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and maintain accurate filing
- Oversee new hire orientation and exit processes
Employee Relations & Performance Management :
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as neededOversee coordination and implementation of annual performance reviewsInvestigate employee relations issues and ensure HR decisions are consistent and fairCollaborate with senior management to resolve employee relations issuesCompensation, Benefits & Payroll :
Coordinate with Finance Manager for monthly payroll preparationReview final employee payments for accuracy and compliance with labor lawsManage compensation and benefits administrationAdministrative Management :
Ensure smooth operation of all administrative functions in the country officeMonitor office supplies, procurement, and budget adherenceSupervise travel, hotel arrangements, visa / work permit processing for staff and visitorsOversee compliance and record-keepingTraining & Development :
Initiate and coordinate employee training and development programsEncourage continuous learning and professional growth across teamsPolicy & Systems Management :
