Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US HR practices and will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support our US operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with US regulations and local laws.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Provide support for employee relations and performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.Proficient in HR software and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent management.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Skills Required
