Role & responsibilities

  • Individual with strong  Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Problem solving skills, Powerful Negotiator, Resource Management, Sales Proficiency, ability to collaborate  and  mentor  junior team members

Overall

  • Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
  • Responsible for driving market programs and market shares
  • Appointing the Distributors and Stock points
  • Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors
  • Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics
  • Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
  • Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
  • Attending negotiations & Closing orders
  • Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking
  • Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers
  • Train executives to upskill them for future TM role
  • Experience & Qualification :

  • 02 - 05 years in Wires / FMEG Sales
  • Bachelors degree any discipline (BTech Preferred)
  • Skills Required

    Sales Forecasting, Lead Generation, Sales Strategy, crm software, Market Analysis
