Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the designated region
  • Develop and execute territory-wise distribution strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with existing channel partners to ensure engagement and performance
  • Monitor distributor and dealer performance and support them with necessary training and product knowledge
  • Ensure availability of products across retail outlets within the assigned geography
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and dealer schemes
  • Resolve channel partner issues and provide after-sales support as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, logistics, and promotional activities
  • Review sales data and generate periodic reports on distribution performance

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Experience in channel sales, distribution management, or dealer network development, preferably in FMCG, consumer durables, or building materials
  • Proven track record in appointing and managing distributors and dealers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of the local market and business practices
  • Skills Required
