Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the designated region
- Develop and execute territory-wise distribution strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with existing channel partners to ensure engagement and performance
- Monitor distributor and dealer performance and support them with necessary training and product knowledge
- Ensure availability of products across retail outlets within the assigned geography
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and dealer schemes
- Resolve channel partner issues and provide after-sales support as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, logistics, and promotional activities
- Review sales data and generate periodic reports on distribution performance
Qualifications & Experience :
Experience in channel sales, distribution management, or dealer network development, preferably in FMCG, consumer durables, or building materialsProven track record in appointing and managing distributors and dealersStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsGood understanding of the local market and business practicesSkills Required
