Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC modules.
- Architect and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across all ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new features.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
8-11 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and consulting.Strong expertise in :1. ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
2. ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
3. HRSD (Employee Center, Lifecycle Events)
4. Finance Operations (Procurement, Budgeting workflows)
5. GRC (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit)
Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.(ref : hirist.tech)
