Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.
Manage and enhance the CMDB and ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Develop workflows and automate processes across ITOM, HRSD, Finance Operations, and GRC modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Customize user interfaces using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum environments to deliver solutions on time.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and Skills :
8.5 to 11 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and consulting.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication to Have :
ITIL certification is preferred.
Experience with HRSD (Employee Center, Lifecycle Events), Finance Operations (Procurement, Budgeting workflows), and GRC (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
