About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM), ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, driving technical excellence, and providing leadership in large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements, from requirements gathering through to implementation and support.
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management, and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
- Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications for performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Develop custom integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, Flow Designer, and Data Streams.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including the setup and maintenance of MID servers.
- Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Document technical solutions, designs, and gain stakeholder approvals.
- Act as a Sr. Consultant, delivering technical solutions and ensuring project success.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, contributing to the growth of the ServiceNow capability within the team.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into client solutions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and Fujitsu IP solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience, with proven success in ITAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.Hands-on experience in building ServiceNow solutions and producing technical design documents from business requirements.At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead consultant.Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.Development expertise in JavaScript, Java, or other functional programming languages.Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications.Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with third-party platforms.Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and their application in ServiceNow solutions.Skills & Certifications :

ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM / ITOM (preferred)ITIL v3 or v4 Certification strongly preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.Proven presentation and client-facing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience, mentoring junior team members and driving project success.(ref : hirist.tech)
