ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Order Management (SOM), Telecom Service Management (TSM), and Integrations. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in FSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules. The role involves designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrations with third-party systems, and aligning workflows to business Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications / modules including CSM, SOM, TSM, FSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms (REST, SOAP, MID server, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with UAT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best Skills & Qualifications :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven experience with CSM, SOM, and TSM modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID server).
- Experience with Field Service Management (FSM), ITSM, and ITOM modules.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a strong plus.
