Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience : 10+ years (Microfinance / NBFC / SFB)
What you’ll do
- Lead zonal / regional microfinance sales (JLG / MSME / rural)
- Drive growth via BMs / cluster managers & field teams
- Build & manage BC / channel networks
- Ensure portfolio quality, compliance & RBI / MFI norms
- Own targets, collections & ops efficiency
- Coach teams; drive a performance culture
