Position Summary :
- The Manager - Business Development plays a vital role in expanding KITES Senior Care's presence and reach in the elderly care ecosystem.
- This role is focused on marketing and business development initiatives that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and ensure consistent engagement with key stakeholders such as hospitals, doctors, corporate channels, and senior communities.
- The Manager will act as a bridge between operations and the external market to drive business growth across transitional care, palliative care, and dementia care services.
Reporting Lines :
In this position of Manager-Business Development you will report to the DGM - Clinical Engagement or the Executive nominated by the Management in this behalf. Lead business development and marketing activities to create awareness about KITES Senior Care across target geographies.Establish and maintain relationships with super specialists, senior doctors, and hospital administrators to generate referrals.Activate and engage with local communities, RWAs, senior clubs, and corporate groups to promote services.Support corporate marketing campaigns and collaborate in executing field-level activities.Organize and participate in healthcare fairs, conferences, CMEs, round table meetings, camps, and patient education programs.Create and update the doctor engagement model and referral policy to improve lead conversion.Identify and negotiate with channel partners to close high-potential leads with optimal margins.Ensure continuous engagement with all stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and business growth.All employees are expected to demonstrate and uphold the organization's core values of Excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, and Compassion (EPIC) in every aspect of their work.
