About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and ensure smooth coordination between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management : Handle inbound inquiries and outbound lead calls, follow up via calls / emails, and update leads in CRM.
• Sales Coordination : Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and lead handovers.
• Virtual Demos : Deliver engaging online product presentations and address customer queries.
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase conversions.
• Reporting : Track lead status, provide timely updates, and share insights with the sales team.
