Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales (Travel & Tourism) for both International and Domestic markets, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients and partners. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Qualifications
Sales operations management and strategy development skills
Experience in identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships
Market research and data analysis skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is Must
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
