Morgan Philips Executive is exclusively partnered with a Global Tech leader and has been entrusted with its confidential search for a CHRO. This position sits in Mumbai and reports directly to its MD.
You will be leading a team of 20 headcounts across :
- Strategic Leadership - ability to partner with the CEO / MD on growth projects, business plans
- Talent Management : Building and executing hiring and retention strategies. You will be creating a strong EVP and brand to attract the best talents in the market.
- Performance Management : Developing customized frameworks to measure and enhance individual and team performance across the organization.
- Learning & Development : Curating training and upskilling programs to build internal capabilities and leaders of tomorrow.
- Culture : Driving initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Stakeholder Management : Partner directly with senior leaders across various functions and countries (i.e. Finance, Marketing, Tech, Operations) while managing expectations from global shareholders.
Who we are looking for :
SHRM-CP / SCP or HRCI-SPHR / PHR certification preferred.Ideally experienced in leading all HR functions within MNCsShould be a culture champion, act as "Brand Ambassador", ability to build and drive a strong People and Performance culturePeople leader – ability to champion People, bring teams together.
