The HR Business Partner at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics India Limited is responsible for managing the end-end associate lifecycle and partnering on key strategic initiatives in the region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Partner with functional leaders and global leaders / managers to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, providing guidance and counsel on matters related to workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, change management, succession planning, employee engagement, etc.
• Counsel managers and associates in problem solving, dispute resolution, performance improvement
• Recommend, implement, and support strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and the productivity, engagement, development and retention of associates
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the cross functional team to develop solutions, programs and policies Design and implement strategic projects in the areas of Talent, Learning, Benefits etc.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and code of conduct policies providing counsel and advice to management and associates
