About the Role
We're looking for an HR Manager who can bring structure, insight, and a proactive edge to our people operations. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of well-rounded HR experience who is ready to take full ownership of the function in a mid-sized, fast-moving creative agency environment. While recruitment remains the top priority, this role also calls for strategic support across performance management, culture and engagement, and employee morale tracking. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement key people initiatives, strengthen our hiring engine, and drive systems that reflect the agency's values and ambitions. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—a doer who can also connect the dots and build for the long term
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Own the end-to-end hiring cycle across all functions : creative, design, media, video, digital, and operations
Proactively build a talent pipeline and drive outreach through relevant platforms and networks
Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and department heads for role scoping and prioritization
Track and report recruitment metrics—TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality
Build a strong employer brand across social platforms and professional communities
Performance Management Support
Oversee the design and rollout of KRAs, mid-year and annual review frameworks
Partner with leadership to ensure a consistent, fair, and growth-oriented performance culture
Maintain accurate documentation for appraisals, confirmations, and goal progress
Drive manager enablement by guiding teams on how to deliver structured feedback
Culture, Morale & Communication
Regularly pulse-check team morale and address people challenges
Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture
Lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and seasonal rituals
Partner with leadership on internal communication design and delivery
Create safe spaces for employee voice—ensuring timely redressal and trust-building
HR Systems & Administration
Maintain employee records and process flows via SmartOffice (HRMS)
Ensure smooth onboarding and structured induction experiences for new hires
Manage exits, documentation, F&F, and offboarding interviews
