Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development :
- Drive the sales of SBI Life insurance products by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Meet sales targets by converting leads into actual sales, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
- Conduct product presentations and explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
- Prospect and build relationships with new customers through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers based on their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing support and resolving queries as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and promote renewals.
- Ensure that clients receive excellent customer service by assisting them with claims and policy changes.
- Provide post-sale support, including policy updates and answering customer inquiries about coverage.
- Reporting & Documentation :
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy renewals in the CRM system.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to the team leader or branch manager.
- Ensure all documentation and forms are accurately completed and submitted as per the company's compliance guidelines.
- Market Research & Networking :
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the insurance market and competitor offerings.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients and business partners in the local market.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through referrals, digital marketing, and cold calling.
