Regional Manager - AIF & PMS Sales | Chennai

Purpose of the Job : The position involves building strong relationships with Banks, NDs, and IFAs across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, while directly selling AIF and PMS products to Family Offices and Ultra HNI Individuals. It also includes enabling mutual fund distribution teams to cross-sell AIF products effectively across channel partners within the zone.

Key responsibilities :

Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned distributors / clients in the region for growth in business.

Responsible for prospecting and selling AIF products to High-Net-worth Individuals through direct sales efforts and third-party distributors.

Distribution relationship nurturing and management by continuous engagement and training and other values adds.

Developing business through consultative engagement with Cluster Managers / Regional Manager & Regional Heads.

Responsible for achieving Sales Targets.

Experience of Metro Market essential.

MBA / CA with minimum 10 -15 years overall experience.

Experience in institutional, private banking, or wealth management is essential.
