Job descriptionEnsure effective and smooth relationship with assigned distributors / clients in the region for growth in business. Responsible for prospecting and selling AIF products to High-Net-worth Individuals through direct sales efforts and third-party distributors. Distribution relationship nurturing and management by continuous engagement and training and other values adds. Developing business through consultative engagement with Cluster Managers / Regional Manager & Regional Heads. Responsible for achieving Sales Targets. Experience of Metro Market essential. Market & Industry analysis. Relationship Management. Team Management. Communication & Negotiation. Strategic Mindset. MBA / CA with minimum 10 -15 years overall experience. Experience in institutional, private banking, or wealth management is essential. Prior experience in handling metro markets is a must, with strong understanding of urban client dynamics and competitive landscape.
Purpose of the Job :
- The position involves building strong relationships with Banks, NDs, and IFAs across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, while directly selling AIF and PMS products to Family Offices and Ultra HNI Individuals.
- It also includes enabling mutual fund distribution teams to cross-sell AIF products effectively across channel partners within the zone.
