We’re Hiring : Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development ManagerLocation : ChennaiCityinfo Services, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.What You’ll Do- Generate leads and build new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and market research- Drive end-to-end transaction management for corporate real estate deals- Present customized solutions and proposals to clients- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, strategy, and delivery- Track sales pipeline, CRM data, and provide business insights- Represent Cityinfo at industry events and networking forumsWhat We’re Looking For✅ 7–8 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales✅ Mandatory 4–5 years of transaction experience in corporate real estate (tenant representation preferred)✅ Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets✅ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
