Role Overview :
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and compliance of all branches within the assigned region.
You will lead and guide Branch Managers to achieve business objectives, drive strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs :
- Drive overall business performance across the region to meet or exceed revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Branch Managers and their teams to ensure consistent execution of business strategy
- Develop and implement regional sales and operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit standards
- Identify new market opportunities, plan regional expansion, and develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, financial reports, and key KPIs to track business health
- Conduct regular field visits to branches to assess performance, provide coaching, and resolve operational issues
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management across the region
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and regulatory authorities
- Drive customer experience improvement initiatives to maximize customer retention and satisfaction
- Ensure timely resolution of escalations and implementation of corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compliance, HR, Finance, Marketing) for regional growth and efficiency
Skillsets Required :
Proven experience (38 years) in managing multiple locations, preferably in financial services, retail, FMCG, or similar industryStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop peopleIn-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational risk managementGood financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and performance analysisExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong customer focus and ability to build long-lasting business relationshipsAbility to analyze market trends, competition, and implement actionable strategiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on approach with the ability to travel frequently for on-site branch supportProficiency in MS Office and business management software (CRM, ERP)Educational Qualification :
