As a ServiceNow Associate Technical Consultant , you'll design, develop, and implement solutions that transform how businesses operate. You'll ensure platform integrity, performance, and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

• ???? What You'll Do
• Design, develop & implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs
• Configure workflows, SLAs, and automation for improved service delivery
• Enhance and maintain applications while implementing new modules
• Administer and upgrade the ServiceNow platform
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage database structures, events, alerts & notifications
• Ensure system performance integrity and handle data imports / transforms
• Provide technical support and drive process improvements
• ???? What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development & administration experience
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) – required
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification – preferred
• Strong skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, HTTP
• Experience with CMDB, workflows, ACLs, client scripts, and UI / data policies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication & ability to manage multiple priorities
