Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience in developing custom applications, implementing integrations, and working with advanced modules such as Field Service Management, Asset Management, and the Now Agent Mobile Application.
This is a hybrid role requiring both technical expertise and strong client interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Implement and manage advanced modules including :
1. Field Service Management (FSM)
2. Asset Management
3. Now Agent Mobile Application
Develop and customize Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.Follow development best practices, including scripting, configuration, and documentation.Perform instance migrations, version upgrades, and manage platform performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on ServiceNow projects.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Strong understanding of core ServiceNow architecture and concepts.Demonstrated experience in designing and developing Field Service Management solutions.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).Experience in developing and customizing the Service Portal.Solid understanding of web services integration using SOAP and REST.Experience with Asset Management and Now Agent Mobile modules.Familiarity with instance migration and platform upgrades.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact directly with clients and lead technical discussions.(ref : hirist.tech)
