Position : ServiceNow Technical Consultant HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Experience Required : 5+ Years (ServiceNow Development & Configuration)
Employment Type : are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), HR Lifecycle Events, HR Transitions, and Performance Analytics (PA).
This role requires a strong balance of technical proficiency, business analysis, and solution design skills to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise architecture and compliance Responsibilities :
- Gather, document, and develop requirements for HR Lifecycle Events and HR Transitions projects.
- Design and configure HR-related Performance Analytics dashboards for actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standards by adhering to architecture governance, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct peer code reviews, and enforce ServiceNow best practices in development and configuration.
- Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ServiceNow modules (with a focus on HRSD).
- Develop and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies for seamless integration.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Support teams to address platform-related & Skills Requirements :
- Proven ability to understand and capture business requirements, streamline complex processes, and deliver ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in Performance Analytics (PA) module, preferably with HR modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD best practices for development, configuration, and deployment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform development.
- Hands-on experience translating requirements into enterprise solutions and breaking them down into user stories with clear deployment roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex real-world business scenarios and convert them into actionable requirements.
- Technical depth in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on future scalability and platform management.
- Proven ability to evaluate, prioritize, and balance business, cost, and technology trade-offs.
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, architectures, standards, and processes.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile / Scrum environment, handling multiple demands and shifting priorities & Experience :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development and configuration.
- Practical experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Employee Center (EC) Portal Development.
- Minimum of one end-to-end ServiceNow module implementation completed successfully.
