Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB architectures, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules as per client needs.
• Serve as the technical lead on ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to platform best practices and standards.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, SAP).
• Define and maintain a ServiceNow architecture blueprint and oversee overall platform governance.
• Build and enforce ServiceNow development standards, patterns, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize the platform.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and administrators on best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts when required.
