We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow FSM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in designing, developing, and integrating custom solutions. This role requires a strong focus on advanced modules like Field Service Management (FSM) and Asset Management, and proven experience with the Now Agent Mobile Application. You will be key to translating complex business needs into efficient, scalable, and best-practice compliant Responsibilities :
- Custom Application Development : Design and develop complex, robust custom applications directly within the ServiceNow platform architecture.
- System Integration : Design and execute robust SOAP and REST integrations to seamlessly connect ServiceNow with various external systems and enterprise applications.
- Service Portal Development : Develop, customize, and maintain high-quality Service Portal components and widgets to enhance the end-user experience.
- ServiceNow Scripting : Utilize extensive ServiceNow scripting knowledge (including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.) to effectively meet demanding business requirements.
- Module Enhancement & Support : Lead the enhancement and provide advanced support for key modules, specifically Field Service Management (FSM), Asset Management, and the Now Mobile Agent applications.
- Platform Management : Effectively manage and execute ServiceNow migration and platform upgrade processes, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices.
- Client Collaboration : Collaborate directly with stakeholders and participate in client interactions to accurately gather technical requirements and deliver high-value :
- Relevant Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and technical consulting.
- Core ServiceNow Expertise : Strong technical knowledge of core ServiceNow concepts, architecture, and configuration.
- FSM Expertise : Proven experience in designing and developing custom applications specifically within the Field Service Management (FSM) module.
- Integration Skills : Solid, hands-on experience with web services integrations using both SOAP and REST protocols.
- Module Experience : Direct experience with Field Service Management, Asset Management, and the Now Mobile Agent application.
- Scripting Proficiency : Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and adherence to development best practices.
- Platform Management : Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow instance migration and upgrade processes.
- Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills and proven experience in working directly with clients and Skills :
- ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and / or System Administrator certification.
- FSM Certification : Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Field Service Management.
- Methodology : Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
