Responsibilities

- Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Train and mentor junior team members in customer support best practices.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose improvements to processes or products.
Skills and Qualifications
1-10 years of experience in customer support or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.Familiarity with the company's products and services is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Skills Required
