Description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to deliver high-quality support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in customer support best practices.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and propose improvements to processes or products.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-10 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the company's products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
