Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Make outbound calls to clients as and when required for follow-ups, confirmations, and relationship management.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
- Support in post-conference communication and feedback collection.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Freshers and candidates with prior customer service or tele calling experience are welcome.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Good organizational skills with attention to detail.Basic proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
