Role & Responsibilities :
1. Expertise in the ServiceNow Platform :
- Candidates should have a deep and hands-on understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with advanced configurations, custom application development, and integrations with other systems is expected.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other specialized ServiceNow modules is a plus.
- Should be capable of designing scalable solutions, optimizing existing workflows, and advising on platform best practices.
2. Excellent Programming Skills :
Strong proficiency in JavaScript is essential, as it is the primary scripting language within ServiceNow (for both client and server-side scripting).Experience with Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.Ability to write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code within the ServiceNow environment.Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST / SOAP APIs for integration and front-end development.3. Experience with Portals (Seismic or Service Portal) :
Hands-on experience in customizing and developing Service Portals to enhance user experience.Ability to build and configure widgets, pages, themes, and use portal APIs to create intuitive, responsive UIs.For Seismic (if applicable), candidates should understand its use in knowledge sharing and content integration, especially in customer support or sales :Minimum 10 years of total professional experienceAt least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNowAbility to work independently and collaborate directly with product managers and business joiners preferred; notice period up to 15 days acceptableShift : Candidates must be willing to work night : Hybrid model, open to any location across Requirement : Candidates may be required to visit the office occasionally
