Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to perform comprehensive service management, operations, and system administration responsibilities on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert responsible for ensuring the platform's availability and resiliency, planning system upgrades, and providing expert-level support. This role requires a hands-on professional who can partner with business units to automate operations and handle complex data migrations and deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform service management, operations, and system administration duties on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and optimal performance.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, and apply vendor-recommended patches to maintain the platform's security and efficiency.
• Address and resolve Incidents and Problems on the platform.
• Ensure the availability and resiliency of the platform, with a particular focus on MID Servers.
• Utilize Import Sets for efficient data loading from external files or databases.
• Continuously monitor application performance and implement solutions to address any issues.
• Partner with business teams to identify and explore new opportunities for process automation within the platform.
• Handle ServiceNow incident and request queues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Perform cloning and deployment activities within the ServiceNow environment.
