The role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with developers, corporate clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead city-level commercial property sales, strategy, and operations to achieve business targets.
• Drive revenue growth by building strong networks with developers, corporate clients, and investors.
• Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to maximize commercial market share.
• Manage and mentor a large commercial sales team, ensuring motivation and high performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and align strategies accordingly.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and maintain high service standards in commercial property transactions.
