Key Deliverables :
- Launch and scale small-ticket LAP business across 25–30 cities
- Drive GTM strategy and channel expansion including DSAs and digital avenues
- Own P&L and ensure risk-adjusted portfolio performance
- Build and implement risk, credit, and underwriting frameworks for informal borrowers
