About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

You will play a key role in understanding business needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring smooth project delivery for platforms like Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Product Information Management (PIM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with multiple teams, and driving clarity in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation (user stories, functional specifications, process flows).
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and developers to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Support project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams and assisting during testing and rollout phases.
• Help streamline processes by conducting workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices for data, product information, and digital content 7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with platforms like Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Product Information Management (PIM), or Digital Asset Management (DAM) (experience in at least one area is required).
• Strong background in business requirements gathering, process improvement, and documentation.
• Comfortable working in agile environments with tools like Jira or Confluence (or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
