We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Special Projects Manager to lead our marketing initiatives while also acting as the go-to person for cross-functional projects and organizational needs. This role blends strategic marketing with company-wide responsibilities such culture building, process improvement, and special assignments that cut across (Marketing Leadership) :
1. Brand & Campaign Management
- Own the company's brand positioning across digital, print, and event channels.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns for product launches, events, and thought leadership.
2. Content & Communication
Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press releases.Align internal and external messaging with business goals.3. Demand Generation & Analytics
Design lead generation strategies aligned with sales.Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and audience engagement metrics.4. Partnership & Events
Coordinate webinars, conferences, and partner marketing programs.Manage vendor / agency relationships for creative, PR, or digital campaigns.5. Media & Press Management
Manage press releasesCreate a media presence for effective brandingSecondary Responsibilities (Special Projects & Cross-Functional Work)
1. Operational Excellence
Act as an issue-resolver for tasks that fall between teams.Drive cross-departmental process improvements.Track decision follow-through from leadership meetings.2. Governance & Compliance Support
Support compliance teams with communication and awareness campaigns.Ensure internal policy adherence (leave, approvals, expenses, security practices).3. Client & Partner Escalation (Ad-hoc)
Step in to handle client / partner escalations where marketing alignment or relationship management is critical.Collect structured feedback from clients and ensure it is looped back into operations.4. Special Projects
