Position Mandate
- Lead and manage a 300+ member sales organization across India.
- Drive business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Oversee P&L for national operations; deliver quarterly and annual targets.
- Build scalable sales frameworks, channel expansion, and digital enablement.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on business planning.
- Establish strong performance metrics, motivation, and reward mechanisms.
Professional Background Fit – Incumbent
