New dealers distributors to be appointed for Maharashtra, Gujarat and South India.Recruiting and onboarding sales personnel in approved territories, assigning monthly targets for performance measurement and managing the team to deliver results.Collecting payments against sales within credit period, monitoring AR on regular basis and paying attention to collecting overdue receivables.Developing corporate customers.Customer visits and monitoring trials for new products as per schedule to be prepared.Providing prompt sales service support to sales team, dealers and customers.Providing monthly rolling sales forecast and achieving forecast accuracy of >75%
- Ensuring timely sales of made to stock products and achieve minimum / threshold levels of OSMI. Reducing OSMI by actively pursuing sales opportunities for OSMI items.
- Tracking sales order generation and dispatch cycles and intervening proactively to achieve OTIF >
90%
- Checking and approving travel plan and expense reports of sales, technical and marketing team.
- Undertaking marketing activities within approved budget. Designing, executing and monitoring sales promotion schemes, if any. Developing marketing strategies.
- Preparing and submitting fortnightly activities and highlights report to BU Head focusing on achievements v / s goals
- Preparing marketing, sales and technical budgets. Monitoring performances based on budgets.
