Position Mandate

  • Lead and manage a 300+ member sales organization across India.
  • Drive business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee P&L for national operations; deliver quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build scalable sales frameworks, channel expansion, and digital enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on business planning.
  • Establish strong performance metrics, motivation, and reward mechanisms.

Professional Background Fit – Incumbent

  • 15–22 years of experience in large-scale sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing a book size of ₹3,000+ Cr (or equivalent).
  • Strong exposure to high-volume B2C sales in Real Estate, or Insurance .
  • Deep understanding of sales P&L management and distributed team governance.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational agility and leadership presence.
