We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Full-Time Real Estate Sales Telecaller to be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers interested in our developments in and around Jaipur, specifically near the Tonk Road / Pratap Nagar corridor. Your mission will be to effectively qualify leads, present the unique value of our real estate projects, and schedule site visits, driving appointments for our senior sales team.
Quick Responsibilities :
- Make high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads for our Real Estate Projects
- Clearly present project USPs, location benefits, and pricing.
- Schedule confirmed site visits / meetings for qualified prospects with the Sales Team.
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily targets for calls and scheduled appointments.
Must-Have Requirements :
1+ Years of Telecalling experience , preferably in Real Estate .Excellent communication in Hindi and English.Strong ability to handle objections and is highly target-oriented .Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Compensation :
