Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell products / services explaining features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily / weekly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Update and maintain CRM / database records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education : Minimum 12th pass or graduation (any field).
  • Experience : Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
  • Fluency in insert languages e.g. English Hindi or regional language.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
