Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, following up on leads, and addressing customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining customer records, providing product information, and striving to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Effective communication and customer relationship management are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles
• Ability to maintain detailed customer records and handle inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and providing product information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
