Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Telecaller Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our range of herbal products, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining customer databases, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or herbal products industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
