Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Jaipur. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about the products, answering queries, and handling customer concerns efficiently. Additional tasks include maintaining data and call records, following up with leads, and contributing to customer satisfaction and sales enhancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively over the phone
• Customer service skills, patience, and the ability to handle and resolve customer queries and concerns
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain data and call records accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
