Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telecaller at SK Finance Ltd. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting company services, explaining loan offerings, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, preparing daily call reports, and providing support to the sales team as required. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a positive rapport with clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly, with strong customer service orientation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or related tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and achieve set goals.
• Prior experience in a telecalling or customer support role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Hindi and / or regional languages is prefered
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
