About the Role :

We're looking for a proactive individual who can handle both CRM and merchandising responsibilities. The ideal candidate should come from a jewelry background, be confident communicating with clients, and be comfortable managing follow-ups and product coordination independently from our Jagatpura office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client communication and follow-ups (email, calls, CRM updates)
• Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for ongoing orders
• Maintain product catalogues, stock sheets, and client trackers
• Assist in product presentation and merchandising requirements
• Support sales and marketing teams with product-related insights
