- Project Planning & Implementation : Assist in developing project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and then lead or support the execution of activities as per the work plan.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a liaison between project teams, community members, government officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring & Evaluation : Track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Community Engagement & Advocacy : Utilize social work skills to build rapport with the community, conduct needs assessments, advocate for clients' rights and interests, and ensure a gender-sensitive / inclusive approach to all interventions.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including case files, progress reports, and financial records for management and funding agencies.
- Resource Management : Coordinate resources, supplies, and team members' schedules, and assist in managing project budgets and expenditures.
- Team Supervision : Supervise a team of field or community-level staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure effective program delivery.
