Project Management Officer (PMO)

The Product Management Office (PMO) is a key function at Anchanto , responsible for driving successful project and product deliveries for our global customers. This role involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live , ensuring adherence to PMO processes, and serving as a single point of contact for customers .

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Product Delivery Management
• Take full ownership of managing deliveries for Change Requests.
• Implement best practices in Project Management and PMO.
• Actively track ETAs across Business Units, highlighting risks and delays.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer deliverables / programs.
• Stakeholder & Customer Management
• Engage, build relationships, and negotiate with global customers regularly.
• Manage expectations across stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Reporting & Risk Management
• Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and coordinate project deliverables with multiple internal teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects / programs in a distributed setup.
