The Product Management Office (PMO) is a key function at Anchanto , responsible for driving successful project and product deliveries for our global customers. This role involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live , ensuring adherence to PMO processes, and serving as a single point of contact for customers .
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Product Delivery Management
- Take full ownership of managing deliveries for Change Requests.
- Implement best practices in Project Management and PMO.
- Actively track ETAs across Business Units, highlighting risks and delays.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer deliverables / programs.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Engage, build relationships, and negotiate with global customers regularly.
- Manage expectations across stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Reporting & Risk Management
- Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and coordinate project deliverables with multiple internal teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects / programs in a distributed setup.
Essential Requirements
Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain domains preferred.Proven experience managing complex SaaS-based projects (Logistics / E-commerce experience is a plus).Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects in multi-stakeholder environments.Experience handling global customer engagements in diverse business scenarios.Personal Attributes
