Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planning Lead to oversee the planning and monitoring of high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The role will focus on ensuring timely delivery, effective cost management, and smooth coordination across stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Manage and track time, cost, and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and analyze Budget vs. Cost spent reports, progress ladders, manpower plans, and material trackers.
• Provide support to the Construction Head by planning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, arranging for resources, and coordinating design decisions.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, MOMs, RERA reports, execution trackers, AOP targets, and delay logs.
• Review contractor performance, actively participate in weekly review meetings, and follow up on action plans.
• Raise red flags for vendor non-performance, delays, and critical design / costing / contract issues.
• Track project progress, analyze variances, and report deviations with corrective measures to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Generate monthly management reports summarizing project performance and key issues.
