Position : Placement Officer / Business Development Executive (BDE)

What You Will Do

Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring partners

Drive recruitment processes and interviews for multiple tech roles

Grow our client portfolio through networking

Represent Codenera to both clients and candidates

What We Are Looking For

A go-getter with strong communication & relationship-building skills

Experience in recruitment or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)

Awareness of the latest IT hiring trends

Enthusiasm to take ownership and deliver results

Role Details

Location : Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Timings : Mon–Fri 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)
