Job Description :
This position is for IT Helpdesk technician.
One would be required to work in Shifts 24 x 5.
Knowledge of Manage Engine tool is mandate to work on Request raised.
Resource should have 8+ years of experience in IT operations.
Responsibilities :
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
- Install and support PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile hardware and software.
- Coordinate with HR for Resource Address, Contact # for Asset Shipment / Return.
- Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors, and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.
- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and back-out instructions.
- New accounts setup and the active directory administration.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues through the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Help and support onboard off-board employees equipment requirement, send and return.
- Help and support office employees daily issues on laptops, software, WebEx meeting, Teams meeting, conference room meeting, printers, and IP Phones.
- Provide Status in daily standup meeting,.
- Follow up on Open Request in Queue.
Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.Overall 8 + years of IT Support / operation experience and 3 to 4 years experience supporting Office 365.Experience supporting global internal customers.ServiceNow or equivalent experience.Experience in set up of desktop computers using Microsoft Intune a plus.Experience supporting global internal customers.ServiceNow or equivalent experience.Experience in set up of desktop computers using Microsoft Intune a plus.Required to work in Shifts 24 x 5.
