IT Support Engineer - Active Directory

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Information Technology Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for all IT-related requests. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and possess strong experience in the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Domain. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, from resolving end-user issues to installing new systems and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities :

• IT Support & Troubleshooting : Act as the first point of contact for all IT requests received via ServiceNow, phone, and email. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network systems. Your primary goal is to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for end-users.
• User Training & Documentation : Train end-users on new systems and software to facilitate smooth adoption and proficiency. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes and common solutions.
• System Administration : Administer user access within various systems, including Active Directory (AD). You will also provide support for Microsoft OS, Office Suite, Outlook, and manage basic network services like DNS and DHCP.
• IT Project Support : Contribute to various IT-related projects, lending your expertise to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
