Role Overview :

We are seeking skilled System Engineers with strong expertise in telecom systems, network implementation, and software / hardware integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess solid technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in telecom domain platforms and network technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support and implementation for telecom systems, including PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, rating and charging, CRM, interconnect, and provisioning systems.
Administer and maintain systems including Apache, Cisco, JavaScript, JSP, Linux, Solaris, TCP / IP, Radius, Diameter, AAA.
Install patches and perform firmware upgrades to ensure system stability and security.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN / WAN networks and related infrastructure.
Support applications and platforms such as Tomcat, Oracle DB, Linux servers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver network implementation projects.
Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

Telecom Systems : PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, rating and charging, CRM, interconnect, provisioning.

Networking & Protocols : TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, Radius, Diameter, AAA.

Technologies & Platforms : Apache, Cisco, JavaScript, JSP, Tomcat, Oracle.

Operating Systems : Linux, Solaris.

System Maintenance : Patch installation, firmware upgrades.

Strong analytical, logical, and troubleshooting skills.

Good oral and written communication / documentation skills.

Domain Expertise :

Solid understanding of Telecom domain concepts and industry standards
